This exceptional lot comes from the Las Moras region, an area celebrated for its ideal growing altitudes, long ripening seasons and rich biodiversity. Farmers here specialise in small, high-quality lots with an emphasis on sweetness and clean natural processing.

Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness and dried slowly in whole-fruit form, allowing the natural sugars to intensify and develop layers of complexity. The result is a cup that’s expressive yet balanced — lively fruit character supported by clarity and sweetness.
