Finca Cuatro Vientos
Finca Cuatro Vientos is a small, high-altitude farm located in Santa María de Dota in the renowned Tarrazú coffee-growing region of Costa Rica. Managed by Solsiré Solís Cordero, part of the next generation of the Solís coffee-growing family, the farm focuses on producing expressive specialty coffees through careful cultivation and meticulous post-harvest processing.
The cherries are harvested at peak ripeness and dried naturally with the fruit intact, allowing sugars and fruit character to develop within the bean. This slower drying process produces coffees with pronounced sweetness, jammy fruit depth and a full, rounded body.
Tarrazú’s cool climate, rich volcanic soils and high elevations make it one of Costa Rica’s most respected coffee regions, consistently producing coffees known for their clarity, sweetness and vibrant structure.
