Costa Rica Las Lajas
Produced by the legendary Las Lajas Micromill, run by the Chacón family, Perla Negra is one of Costa Rica’s most celebrated natural-process coffees. The cherries are harvested at peak ripeness and undergo an extended natural drying phase on raised beds, where they are carefully turned and monitored to develop maximum sweetness and depth.
Las Lajas is internationally recognised for pioneering natural and honey processing in Costa Rica, and Perla Negra is their flagship expression of that craft — delivering rich aromatics, layered sweetness and exceptional precision.
